This page says what we keep, why, and how to ask for it to be removed.
Phone calls and text messages
Calls may be recorded
Calls to (909) 858-7802 are answered through a call-tracking service and may be recorded. A recorded message plays at the start of each call saying so. The recording is used to confirm the details of your job, train staff and resolve disputes about what was quoted. If you don’t want the call recorded, say so at the start and we’ll note the job by hand instead.
Text messages
Texts to the same number are received through the same service and kept with the call record for the job.
What we keep and for how long
Your name, phone number, service address, what the door needed and what was quoted. Recordings and texts are kept for as long as needed to complete the work and resolve any questions about it, and then deleted on request or on our normal schedule.
This website
No tracking cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It uses no contact forms, so nothing is collected by visiting it. If analytics are added later, this page will say so.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted on a content delivery network that keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, time) for security. Those logs are not combined with your call records.
Who sees your information
Our own staff and the technician assigned to your job. If the work is performed by a partner contractor, they receive your name, address, phone number and the written quote, and nothing else. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.
Your choices
Ask for a recording to be deleted
Call or text (909) 858-7802 with the date of the call and we’ll delete the recording once the job is closed.
Opt out of follow-up
Tell us at booking and we won’t contact you after the job except about that job.
